    Prof. David J. Chetcuti has more than thirty-seven years' experience in all aspects of workers' compensation claims. He is a co-author of the widely used 16-volume CA workers' compensation treatise entitled, "Sullivan On Comp" and well respected teacher having taught workers' compensation to over 16,000 students in his 29-year tenure as an instructor. His experience includes being vice-president of the world's largest insurance brokerage firm in charge of workers' compensation claims consulting services, as well as the  director of education and development for the second largest insurance company in California,  Prof. Chetcuti is a professor whose classes are accredited for continued education by the California State Bar and the CA Dept. of Insurance.

    Manuel Jimenez, Deputy District Attorney with the Fresno County District Attorney's Office, will introduce the members of the Fresno County District Attorney's Workers' Compensation Fraud Unit. He will explain the focus areas of the Unit. He will offer suggestions as to how to streamline investigations. He and his investigators will offer examples of what has worked and not worked in past investigations.

    Manny graduated from Yale University in 1989 and George Washington University Law School in 1992. He spent just under four years at the San Diego County Public Defender's Office followed by a short stint as a civil lawyer before beginning his career as a prosecutor in 1999. He has prosecuted insurance fraud cases for almost 8 years. For the last three years his focus has been workers' compensation fraud.
